Sold guitars.....
I deleted the details. If you have any questions about these, send me a message to contact_@_mindwaltz.de (remove the "_").  And due to several emails that I received in the past: This whole site is not a shop and the guitars on this site once belonged to me so they are NOT FOR SALE but ALREADY SOLD ! :-)

Paul Reed Smith Artist II  (1995) Comment
One of only 500 Artist-II guitars that were ever made. Amazing woods and craftmanship. Basically a "high end" Custom 22 with different pickups and inlays as well as maple purfing on the fretboard. Wide-fat neck, fantastic tone. Feel free to flame me for selling it... ;-)
Sold in 2001
PRS Classic Electric (1988)
First year production CE guitar with a bolt-on maple neck and 3-way toggle switch. Bought and sold it before PRS prices went insane... I really should have kept that one.
Sold in 2000.
PRS EG-II (1991)
PRS' "strat-style" guitar with a bolt-on maple neck, pickguard and the at that time typical H-S-S pickup configuration. Nice guitar, getting more collectable every day.
Sold in 2000
Framus Panthera Pro  (1996)
One of the first Panthera guitars under the revived German label "Framus" that now belongs to Warwick. A nice player with good hardware, but the neck was too narrow for me. Nice appearance and tone though...
Sold in 2001
Ibanez Artfield AFD-25 TB
Few people know about these great guitars! Built in the late 80s and widely ignored by the customers. Clearly based ob the PRS design, this was the best you could get back then. I sold it to my good friend Patrick Sedoc in 2007. He should have the most impressive Artfield collection in the world now :-)
Ibanez Artfield AFD-45

I still love this one but it just had to go for another PRS. It came to the best home I can imagine: Check Oliver's site for details !

Ibanez JPM100B (P1)  (1995)
It took me ages to decide if I should sell it or not. Finally it just had to go for another PRS. My favourite Ibanez guitar, amazing playability, perfect layout, very "fast" neck. Nice pickups, too. One of the first approx. 300 limited production guitars. Pretty collectable...
Sold in 2003
Ibanez JPM P3  (1997)
Another guitar that I should have kept back then. Oh well... ;-)  (Bought and sold in 2000)
Ibanez JPM 90th Anniversary  (1998)
The limited model that was made for Ibanez' 90th anniversary. Around 400 guitars made. Amazing flame top with transparent Picasso graphics, ebony fretboard. Unluckily it had a thinner neck than the regular P models which I like way better. Sold in 2006
Ibanez JEM 77 BFP (1991)
Very fast guitar due to almost unreal string action!  I always liked this finish best of all "older" Jems. Also one of only few models with a maple fretboard. First year with Lo-Pro Edge trem system.
Sold in 2003
Ibanez JEM 77GMC (1992)
A GMC prototype! Never had a pickguard but a ATD stamp in the neck pocket. I wanted to buy it back once but it had a large dong in the finish and the color had came off there. Dang...  Sold in 2001 or something.
Ibanez JEM 77 FP (1988)
My main guitar for about 4 years. Bought it new in 1992 and played it for lots of gigs and rehearsals. I sold it in 2002 when I realized that my taste had changed to (non-trem) PRS-style mahogany guitars.
Ibanez USA Custom UCEW1QM-TP (1991)
A very nice guitar, featuring block inlays and a AAA quilted maple top. Very rare model from the "Exotic Wood" series. Sold in 2004. Showed up in late 2005 again and sold for significantly more than what I got for it. That's life.
Ibanez PGM500 CA (1998)
The Paul Gilbert Signature guitar with the fixed bridge in Candy Apple Red and reversed headstock. Amazing player!  Sold in 2006
Ibanez Pro 540S7 Saber 7-String
One of only 450 Saber-7 guitars made in 1992. Excellent tone due to its  (very ergonomic) mahogany body. Just had to go because I had no need for it anymore. Bought in 1995, sold in late 2004.
Ibanez Universe UV7PBK
I called it like that because there never was an official black/green Universe with pyramid inlays. Don't ask me where this original neck came from, but it made this guitar almost unique. Another one can be seen on vai.com under "the machines".
Sold in 2002
Ibanez RG Prestige 3070  (1996)
The first Prestige RG guitar available. This one had the neck replaced cause the green color on the original one came off quickly... Powerful tone due to its mahogany/maple body and cool DiMarzio Pickups.
Sold in 2001
Ibanez Iceman IC100 (1979)
A true classic. Not only is the Iceman one of Ibanez' most recognizable designs but this one also had the famous "Flying Fingers" pickups. Came with the original case and was in mint condition. I like the  IC350 better (trem, neck shape) so one had to go. Sold in 2005
Ibanez Roadster RS-300  (1979)
A really old and heavy Roadster guitar. The fretboard was finished and I really hate that... So I took it to a friend of mine to have it scalloped. Big improvement !  But same as for the Framus, the neck was too narrow.
Sold in 2003
Catalyst Jakkerman
Bought new directly from Catalyst. Made from "SoundCompound(tm)". A one-piece construction with excellent sustain and a Fishman piezo system for acoustic sounds (split cable included). The fretboard in SuperPhenol.
Sold in 2002
Godin LG SP-90  LTD (2002)
What a beauty !  One of very few Limited models with a stunning maple top, finished in a transparent color that was not available for the regular LG. Wider 2002 neck also. Just too good to just stand around so I sold it in 2004.
Godin LG SP-90  (2001)
A really nice all mahogany guitar with P-90 pickups. Stunning sustain and tone, I just let go of it for the limited series LG SP-90 that you can see in the main gallery.
Sold in 2002
Godin LGX (1998)
My first Godin back then. Lots of sounds in that one! Sold it to my cousin who still plays it regularly onstage.
Fenix LP-10  (1992 ?)
A really nice Paula copy. After replacing the pickups and the tuners I really liked that one so much that I bought a second one. When I began to shift my equipment one of them had to go. Great value for the money !
Sold in 2002
Fenix SG (ca. 1991)
Made by Young Chang back when they were allowed to use the G-type headstock shape. Amazing quality for the money. Rarely seen for sale these guitars are, like their Paula sisters, a cool bargain. Sold in 2007
Siggi Guitars Custom  (1997)
A guitar made by well-known German luthier Siggi Braun. Very easy to play and comfortable to carry. Amazing string action. Sold it for some reason that I don't remember in 2002...
Valley Arts Custom Pro  (1991)
An original Custom Pro guitar that I always wanted to have after seeing Steve Lukather playing them. A beautiful instrument, but when I turned my back on double lock trem guitars I sold it. It found a good new home (greetings to Tom !). Sold in 2002
Schack B2 Headless Bass  (1990)
I always wanted to have one of these since they came up in the late 80's. Excellent instrument, but I only used it for recording and when I got the chance to get the (easier to play) Unique bass I sold that one in 2002.
Schack Unique-4 Standard  (2002)
After my last band split up I thought that I needed a bass for homerecording again so I bought that one directly from Schack. But in the end I didn't have the time to work with it at all so I sold it virtually unplayed cause it's just too good to just stand around.
Sold in 2003
B + K Handmade  (???)
ESP Horizon Custom  (1991)
As a Helmet fan I had to buy it when it appeared in a paper ad in early 2003. But although it is a great guitar I couldn't handle it properly :-(  So it had to go a few weeks later. The colour is hard to photograph but it's the same that Page Hamilton's Horizon was.
Gibson Les Paul Standard  (1993)
Welcome to my dark side :-)  I really tried it but it's just not my kind of thing. I had it for about 3 days before I sold it again. I don't like the body edges, the weight and the neck angle. The only Gibson Les Paul that I would seriously consider buying is a white "Studio".
Sold in 2001
Gordon-Smith GS-2  (2000)
I really liked my GS-1 but the GS-2 was even better. A handmade, good-looking all mahogany guitar that is hard to find here in Germany.
Sold in 2003
Eyb Classic
A very nice guitar, immediately reminds you of a Hamer guitar. Häussel pickups, lots of cool details. Only had it for a few months but didn't get used to the bridge for some reason. Beautiful and huge sounding guitar anyway!  Sold in 2004.
Paradis Avalon Nylonstring (1991)
One of only 250 original Avalons built by Rolf Spuler in the early 90s. Hexaphonic pickup system, Polysubbass system. Very cool instrument that is available again for nearly 6000 Euros. Wow. (Sold in 2007)
Hamer Prototype  (????)
Not much to say about this one. Bought it by chance, played it for a few weeks and sold it again. End of story :-)  Same as for the Framus: Nice guitar, but the neck was too narrow for me.
Sold in 2001
RM handmade guitar  (1998)
I don't have many informations on that one. I bought it on German ebay but it didn't really match my expectations...
Bought & sold in 2003
Sangwha SGBC-40E  (1999)
